Leeds apparently has the most unreliable landlords in the UK, according to a new study that will shock absolutely no one

Stephanie BennettAccording to a recent survey by Satsuma, Leeds topped the list for the UK’s most untrustworthy city to rent and buy property in, thanks to the shitty landlords.
The property survey analysed different categories of complaints include rising damp, faulty electrics and plumbing, and Leeds finished in the top with an average of 20 per cent. Of the 1850 properties surveyed, 31 per cent of properties sold in Leeds had rising damp and faulty plumbing, and 19 per cent had faulty heating.
After Leeds, the cities with the most housing issues were Coventry at 18%, Birmingham at 17%, London at 16% and Manchester at 11%.
Bristol came in at 6th with 10%, which tied with Gloucester and Portsmouth. Glasgow and Belfast both got 9%.
