Gin Festival is coming to Leeds and we couldn’t think of a better way to start the summer

And it sounds gin-credible

Gin lovers rejoice, for Gin Festival will be gracing Leeds at the end of June. Based in the town hall, Gin Festival showcases the very best of British and international gins and gin liqueurs.

This year’s festival is home to more than 100 gins, including exclusives not available to try anywhere else – such as Leeds very own Leeds Gin White Rose. Each gin is carefully paired with a garnish and tonic, supplied by Fever-Tree, and will cost £5 for a single.

There are four gin bars serving up the infamous G&Ts, with Industry experts on hand to advise and educate on pairings and history. For those looking to venture beyond tonic, a cocktail bar will also be on-site with exotic gin-based cocktails to try.

All gins, jenevers and gin liqueurs will be available to buy from the on-site off-license at the event, alongside gin themed gifts.

The festival event times are as follows:

Friday 30th June 2017 – Evening Session – 6.30pm – 11pm

Saturday 1st July 2017 – Afternoon Session – 12.30pm – 5pm

Saturday 1st July 2017 – Evening Session – 6.30pm – 11pm

Sunday 2nd July 2017 – Afternoon Session – 12:30pm – 5pm

Tickets are available to buy from the Gin Festival website (here), costing £9.50 plus booking fees. If you can’t make the event itself, the online shop stocks premium gins and gifts here.
