Leeds driver suspected of stealing Easter eggs

Stephanie BennettPolice rammed a car earlier today in Leeds for a number of offences, including the theft of multiple Easter eggs. The car was brought to a stop using ‘tactical contact’ before recovering the stolen chocolate in the early hours of this morning.
This is Leeds, so what else did you really expect?
A spokesman for the force said: “Fail to stop in Halton Moor tactical contact used to stop car. Arrested for multiple offences including theft of Easter eggs.”
People will go to extreme lengths to get chocolate in the shapes of an egg, it’s not like they can’t get chocolate any other time of the year. Oh wait.
