Joseph WhiteTwo Apache military gunships have been spotted circling over Hyde Park and Headingley this afternoon.
The helicopters garnered the attention of many as they made their low altitude fly-by.

The copters had flown up from Wattisham in Suffolk, in order to practise a city centre landing.
The two gunships were seen airborne for approximately 45 minutes over the University campus, and were seen landing at the LGI helicopter pad.
Even if WWIII wasn’t beginning, it still made our Thursday afternoon a bit more interesting.
