Leeds porn pest filming unsuspecting women and putting the clips online

West Yorks police are investigating

A pervert has been targeting unsuspecting women in a busy city centre –
including mothers with prams and a woman on a mobility scooter – by filming them and uploading his clips to a filthy website.

Dozens of slow motion clips – featuring mothers, students going to the gym,
women shopping, and a young woman on crutches – have been put online by the video voyeur.

Some of the videos posted on the porn website XHamster are labelled
“British Thigh Gap”, “Leeds Tights” and “British Teens”.

The videos, which have amassed thousands of hits, have all been taken at
prominent locations in Leeds, West Yorks.

Warnings have been issued by West Yorkshire Police who are urging anyone
who fears they have been targeted to contact them immediately.

Some of the footage includes “up-skirt” shots of women who are seemingly
unaware they are being filmed as they use escalators in shopping centres.

Inspector Richard Clarke, who heads the City Neighbourhood Policing Team,
said: “While at face value the footage is not overtly sexual, the way in which
these women have been filmed apparently without their knowledge and the fact it is being posted to a pornographic website raises concerns about the person who is doing this.”

He added: “We have not had any complaints in relation to these incidents but if anyone does have concerns that they have been targeted by this person they should contact us.

“My officers are liaising with security teams at businesses in the city centre
and if anyone sees anyone acting suspiciously in this way they should contact
us immediately via 101.”

Crime-fighting network BACIL (Business Against Crime in Leeds) has also
urged shop owners and employees to stay vigilant.

A BACIL spokesman said: “We appear to have someone following women around the city centre filming them walking about on a mobile phone and posting the footage on an adult website.

“If anyone sees this happening contact the police so the offender can be
stopped.”

No-one at the website was available for comment.
