Leeds Uni ranked 14th in the UK (by ourselves)

We’re the best and we know it

Review Whatuni

The WhatUni university rankings were released this week, with the University of Leeds finishing in 14th place.

This year’s winning title went to Loughborough, who also achieved first place for accommodation and best student union.

Leeds finished 4th in the Student Union category.

The league table is based on reviews by more than 20,000 students nationwide, which are combined to determine the overall best university in the country.

Other awards categories included: accommodation, clubs and societies, courses and lecturers, job prospects, facilities and support.

Leeds came 6th for international students, and was ranked 7th for “city life”.

Some may be surprised Leeds wasn’t higher, but maybe we just love it so much here we don’t have time to waste writing reviews.

However not all is lost – we still beat Beckett, who were way down in 34th place – below Leeds Trinity at 28th.

Although maybe they just didn’t know how to type a review.
