Two male students from Leeds University have been spotted rowing a boat in Roger Stevens Fountain.
They were snapped by the Leeds University: Spotted On Campus Facebook Page at approximately 2am on Thursday morning. In the photo the two men are masked in order to hide their identity.
It’s now reported that the boys in fact had stolen the boat from Stage@Leeds where it was being stored by the Theater Group society after being used as a prop in their recent production of ‘Saved’.
The current whereabouts of the boat remains unknown and it’s not sure whether it has been damaged.
