Urine Trouble

A man is wanted in Leeds for doing a wee in the train station ticket machine coin slot.

In the midst of a recession, the price of the train ticket home isn’t exactly going to do any favours for your student bank account.

So imagine the horror when you’re told you have to pay an extra 20p just to use the loo.

One unhappy customer apparently staged a protest against the train station toilet tariff using rather unconventional means.

Free willy … This man weed in the ticket machine coin slot

Seemingly unwilling to accept the extra charge, the unidentified male urinated directly into the coin slot of the barrier machine at toilets in Leeds station.

In an act of dissent, the penny-pincher hosed his liquids into the narrow gap causing the barrier machine to malfunction.

But the piss-happy activist made the ill-advised decision to empty the contents of his bladder in full view of CCTV and is now wanted by police.

PC Derek Woolley said: “The man approached the barriers to the public toilet on the main concourse at the station. He then exposed himself and urinated into the coin slot in the barrier machine.

“Due to his actions the barrier malfunctioned and a new coin mechanism, costing £300, has to be installed.”
