A Lancaster student has been reported missing

He was last seen in Bremen, Germany

Alexandru Vadeanu, who is currently a third-year Romanian student at Lancaster University, has been reported missing since last Saturday.

The School of Management and the Fylde Assistant dean have already confirmed it today.

Alex was in Bremen visiting a friend last week. He was supposed to take a bus from there to Amsterdam on Saturday and since then, he cannot be reached by his family and friends.

His close friend Roxana Grosu said: “Authorities in Germany and the Netherlands have been contacted in our attempt to find him.”

Alexandru’s relatives are now in Bremen to search for him.

Roxana added: “If there are alumni nearby (German speaking to ease communication with authorities) who could help, it would be of a great help.”
