Gorillaz are making their comeback in Kent

They will be playing in Margate on the 10th June

On 10 June, Gorillaz are making a long awaited comeback by hosting their very own festival.

Demon Dayz – named after their second record – will take place just 30 minutes from Canterbury at Margate’s Dreamland amusement park, with admission also covering free use of the amusements.

So far, only Gorillaz are on the line-up but it’s been said festival goers can expect additions in the near future. Tickets start at £60.00, with Priority Entry available for £70.00. If you don’t manage to bag a  ticket, Red Bull will be streaming the entire thing via Redbull.TV.

Performed by Damon Albarn, Mick Jones, Paul Simonon and the Gorillaz band the show will feature hits from all 3 albums and include full production, with video animation, artwork and film as designed by Jamie Hewlett.

This will be the first time the band has performed together since 2011 – not including a performance at Bonnaroo festival or the Gorillaz Sound System gigs. So it’s not to be missed.
