There’s going to be an open forum to discuss Black History Month at UKC

It’s happening tonight in KLT1 at 6:30pm

Following the publication of a joint statement made by both Kent Union and The University of Kent, it has today been announced that there is to be an open forum for students to discuss the events of the BHM campaign.

Offering their apologies to those offended by the decision to use Zayn Malik and Sadiq Khan as the faces of BHM at UKC – the statement concludes with a commitment to “taking positive action to promote diversity”.
