Glasgow comes 26th in Guardian uni rankings

We were second for Nursing and Midwifery

The Guardian’s University League tables for 2017 have just been published and Glasgow came in at 26th out of 119 places in the UK.

Last year we were 24th, but we’re still miles ahead of Strathclyde (51) and Caley (99).

Edinburgh are just four places above us, coming in at 22nd, whereas St Andrews are unmoving up the table this year at third.

Cambridge and Oxford are still number one and two, and Cambridge has been awarded a score of 100.

For the subject league table, Glasgow has done incredibly well coming in at second for Midwifery and Nursing, 15th for Accounting and Finance, 7th for Dentistry, 12th for Education and 12th for Medicine.

At the bottom of the table sit Glyndwr, London Met and Cumbria.
