Glasgow is running a new restaurant festival

Prepare yourselves

From the 25th March all your foodie fantasies will become a reality, as for four weeks the Restaurant Festival will take place in Glasgow.

The festival will hold different dining experiences all over the city from Glasgow’s top chefs and favourite restaurants, and will have three sections offering different foodie experiences.

Secret Dining (25th March- 31st March):

The Spiegeltent on Candleriggs Square in the Merchant City, which seats up to 200 people, will hold the secret dining experience from Glasgow’s best guerrilla chefs. There will be live music, DJs and other performances and there will also be a nine-hole crazy golf course situated on Candleriggs Square alongside a converted horse-box wine bar.

Pop- Up Dining (1st April- 17th April):

The Spiegeltent will become a pop-up dining venue featuring a different restaurant every day. People will be able to taste food from popular Glasgow restaurants such as Porter and Rye, TASTY by Tony Singh, Red Onion and 111 by Nico.

Dining in The City (18th April – 24th April):

To end the festival, people will have the opportunity to sample specially-priced menus at over 60 of Glasgow’s top restaurants. The participating restaurants will be revealed soon.

Tickets cost just £5 per person, and ensure entry to the Spiegeltent, a drink upon arrival and live entertainment. Foodies will then enjoy dishes priced between £6 and £9 during the Secret Dining experience or a set menu priced at £15 or £25 during the Pop-Up Dining period.
