Glasgow a top uni for accountancy
All that number crunching will pay off…promise
Kirsty SavageThe University of Glasgow this week was voted best in Scotland for accounting professionals.
The poll was by the graduate job website LinkedIn which ranked how successful recent graduates have been in landing a desirable accounting job.
Glasgow ranked only two places behind the London School of Economics placing it seventh in the UK.

David, a 2nd year Accounting student, was pretty happy with the result:
“Makes me think that 4 years of shite will hopefully be worth it.
“That’s if I get a half decent job”.
Maybe those student loans will get paid off after all.
If accountancy’s doing so well, there might still be hope for the rest of us.
