Exeter has been voted the 15th hardest partying uni in the country

We like to party apparently

| UPDATED

Despite not being famed for our wild night life, Exeter has been voted the 15th hardest partying uni by The University Paper. And while we didn't make it into the top 10, we did beat universities such as Cambridge and Oxford, which came in at 25 and 23 respectively- not much of a surprise there though.

A packed dancefloor in TP

We also came out ahead of the University of Manchester, which comes in at a lowly 19. Apparently the reputation of being the 3rd druggiest uni in the country doesn't come into consideration when deciding how hard they like to party?

Classic Fever

And unfortunately for our biggest rival, Loughborough, they don't even make it into the top 25. So while we have a fierce competition when it comes to the rugby, apparently their partying just doesn't even come close to ours.

It could be our obsession with VKs and all those wild nights out in TP and Fever that have solidified our place as a hard partying uni. Or maybe it's the rise of the edgy nights in Cavern, Phoenix and Move that tipped the scales in our favour? Either way this is one ranking that we all should be proud of
