Exams pushed back from 8.30am start to 9am

‘It’s pointless’

The university has seen sense and pushed exams back by half an hour.

Morning exams will no longer be at the brutal time of 8.30am and at the slightly nicer time of nine in the morning.

This may throw you out of sync if you’re a fresher, as you’re probably used to everything starting on the half hour, but this is how things used to be, and how they should return.

Did we mention we’re part of the top 100 in the world?

The university said this was due to “some questions from students about the start time of the morning exams”, questions along the lines of “do you honestly expect me to be prepared at that time?”.

Psychology fresher Abigail Cobby said: “It’s alright for morning exams, but just means you stress more for later ones.”

Engineering second year Adelaide Hollows said: “It’s pointless, I won’t do anything extra with that half an hour, I’ll just be waiting”.
