What do you think of the SSB?

‘People know how to have sex, so is it really necessary?’

The tickets are out and JK Rowling has already said she isn’t coming.

I’m waiting to buy my tickets cheaper nearer the time, when everyone realises they’re not confident enough with their body to go.

They say it’s raising money for charity but they don’t promote that very well, I didn’t know it was for charity

People know how to have sex so is it really necessary. It’s definitely a bold idea.

I think it’s good for education. If I went I’d wear nothing. Well maybe something there and back but I’d strip off when I got through the door.

My grandma liked on Facebook that I’d clicked attending. I don’t mind going in my underwear, I mind that it’s expensive.

I’m going as a lion tamer and my boyfriend is going as a lion on a leash. He doesn’t know this plan yet.

Are they giving out free condoms?

It’s a really silly concept. Why do you need to wear lingerie? I’m just going to wear a normal circus costume

Lucas, second year

The concept is a bit dodgy, but I’ll probably still go because it’s so well-known.

It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I’m not going in underwear though, I’ll dress as a gladiator in a toga or something.

Alexandre, second year

Sex is never really going to be that safe is it. It’s just a show off party.

Alfonso, second year

I’ve heard that girls are already buying their outfits over a month in advance.

I would only go if I joined the gym right this second and went every day until the ball.

Olivia, second year

I don’t know much about it. They’re promoting safe sex at an event where everyone will have sex.

It’s an effort to get to and it’s cold.
