Something a little local…
Will Escott-HammondThis edition is an attempt to bring something local and topical to all of you. Being situated in Exeter, that’s a lot easier said than done.
Even so, this Saturday XXXY are playing at the Phoenix – an artist I haven’t listened to much before, but I’ve seen what I’ve been missing now.
Based out of Manchester and certainly starting to build up a strong reputation, XXXY is known for both original productions as well as a few remixes here and there.
His sound is best described as somewhere in between deep house and garage – something a little different and definitely worth a listen.
If you’re looking for an electronic music night slightly different from your standard Thieves or B&B events this is certainly one to check out.
