Students swoop in on Southernhay homes
Charlotte HaynesSouthernhay is set to be the new Soho as the first ten luxury flats sell out to students, encouraging another development.
Development company Dean Clarke Estate Ltd released their multi-million pound flats on Saturday 16th March. Located in the former Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital the first phase sold out within only four weeks.
Enquiries have been high from both international and UK students because the accommodation sports mezzanine level double bedrooms, designer kitchens and high-speed broadband.
The first lot of students will start their 51-week agreements at Dean Clarke Lofts at the beginning of the 2013/14 academic year.
Nearly half of the second developments are already reserved, so if you need more room for the souvenirs from your gap-yah whack your application in fast.
