Lightsaber duel brings Forum to standstill
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, two students brought the Force to campus.
Disney is set to film three Star Wars sequels later this decade, but yesterday The Forum was the venue for the most epic of lightsaber duels.
Two Jedi knights from Exeter’s Hide and Seek society went toe-to-toe in the battle to Endor battles as part of an Assassins game that is rapidly getting out of Han.
Complete with floppy plastic lightsabers and dodgy beanies, the pair crash through Guild election campaigners to wage war in The Forum.
In terms of skill-level, it’s safe to say neither is Obi-Wan. More Count Dooku perhaps?
Anyway, this isn’t a pile of Sith at all. May the force be with you boys!
