Exeter Demons Varsity
Head of TabTV Ricky Allan previews the Tab-sponsored American Football side’s varsity against Plymouth.
The University BUCS American Football team, Exeter Demons, are holding their varsity match this Sunday against fellow Play-off contenders and fierce rivals Plymouth Blitz.
The match will kick off at 1pm on the rubber crumb at the Sports Park. Entry is free, so come on down to show your support and watch the Demons notch up another win!
The Demons, sponsored by the Tab, currently sit seventh in the table, four places below their rivals. Their most recent result saw them paste Worcester 67-0 at home.
In the evening, Walkabout will be holding a Superbowl party to watch San Francisco 49ers vs. Baltimore Ravens in order to raise money for the team and the charity Motor Neurone
Disease Association.
Tickets are just £5, including a free drink, and are being sold on campus by members of the team. A great excuse to ‘drink responsibly’ for charity!
