Hannah Berney The Voice

On tonight’s episode of The Voice on BBC1, Exeter University student and Exeter Emerald’s cheerleader Hannah Berney sailed through to the live rounds.

Singing against Murray Hockridge, the pair fought to outshine each other whilst covering Kylie and Robbie’s ‘Kids’.

Once again, Hannah wowed the judges with her voice and natural performance.

The live rounds will be broadcast next weekend, with Hannah in the top five of Team Danny.

Hannah gave The Drop an exclusive quote:

“I was challenged by the song and shocked too! What drives me most is the knowledge that what I've done so far is a little bit of me, I know I can do so much more. I've learnt a lot from watching myself. Big up Exeter and Wales… All aboard the #berneybus! Haha!”

Hannah has also been asked to sing before the Queen when she visits Exeter. Read the article here.

Here at Exeter Drop, we wish Hannah all the luck and can’t wait to see her in the final.
