Revealed: The worst estate agents in Edinburgh
They ‘won’ the vote by miles
Yas RanaThe winner of The Tab Edinburgh’s poll for the worst estate agent in Edinburgh was Grant Property, who took a massive 30 per cent of the overall vote.
Over 1,500 people voted in the poll in which sixteen different estate agents were included. Following Grant in second place was Southside with nineteen per cent of the vote and DJ Alexander with ten per cent. The other twelve companies included in the poll all recorded less then ten per cent.
RentLocally, Broughton, Merchant Letting and Robb Residential received the fewest number of votes, all ending with one per cent of the overall share.
The Tab reached out to Grant Property to respond to the poll, however they chose not to comment.
