Edinburgh’s Cure For Stress: Puppies

Sod the counselling, lets bring in the puppies.

As much as we adore our beloved EUSA, this time we’re starting to think they’ve gone a bit barking mad.

EUSA have announced a new initiative, Paws Against Stress, which will involve the Uni bringing in puppies from local rescues centres and pounds for just a day to apparently combate our exam stress, and then send them straight back to where they came from.

As the owner of a Labrador myself, I completely understand the benefits of having a dog around to talk to in your more crazier episodes, but surely that’s a lot of false hope to give to a dog that’s being sent straight back? Lets face it though, those puppies are going to be bloody cute.

If you are interested, the dogs will be around on the 23rd and 30th of April.

We tried to contact Hazel Marzetti, the university’s VPSA, but she hasn’t got back to us.
