Beyoncé to sing at Graduation Ball

Edinburgh, can you handle it? I don’t think you can handle it.

beyonce Edinburgh

So when a group of students at the University of Edinburgh first started their campaign to kick Princess Anne out of her Chancellor position, I bet they never thought they’d end up with Beyoncé singing at their graduation ball instead. Obviously however, we are certainly not complaining.

Beyoncé and Queen Anne do have similarities..

The Tab can exclusively reveal that following Beyoncé’s attempted appointment as Chancellor of the University, she was so flattered that she’s offered to make an appearance at this summer’s Graduation Ball. Although at the moment, performance plans are being kept top secret, inside sources have confirmed to The Tab that there has “definitely” been talks between the committee members and Miss Knowles’ publicists about a potential performance. Shocked and confused? So were we, who knew The Hive had so much appeal.

Although B was upset she lost the post, she’s excited about the performance.

Our inside sources told us: “She was so flattered by the proposal that she’s now very keen to pay the students a visit, and thank them for their kindness. Miss Knowles has never been to Scotland, and is particularly looking forward to trying a deep fried mars bar.”

So that’s how you stay Bootylicious folks.

“James McAsh, call me.”

We do hope our Bey isn’t being a Beautiful Liar, as we hear she can be quite an Independent Woman (part 2) about getting her own way; she could probably even Run the World if she really wanted to. We await the Countdown until we see her Halo. It would be great for all the Single Ladies as she is completely Irreplaceable. Saying that, even if I Were a Boy I’d be pretty excited, I might even record it on my Telephone. Could not resist, I regret nothing.

Here at The Tab, we are awaiting confirmation from committee members to publish exact details of the performance, but The Tab can exclusively reveal that there will “certainly” be a collaboration between Queen B and The Proclaimers to perform ‘500 Miles’ as the Graduation finale.
