The nightclub was was listed on Realla.co yesterday, the property agency describing it as “a three storey end of terrace brick built Victorian property under a pitched slate roof providing an external beer garden overlooking the river”. The asking price is still unknown.
It seems you can buy this “detached two storey part brick, part rendered property under a pitched slate roof” for £1,400,000.
