Seven police cars called after girl throws broom at security in Cov Maccies fight

Seven police cars were called to the scene after a fight broke out and a broom was thrown at security in Coventry city centre McDonald's last night, The Coventry Tab can reveal.

The brawl, which ended in a woman throwing a broom at security guards trying to intervene, begins with one woman shouting at another customer and ends with other six people involved, including two security guards.

The video starts with two customers having a fight, while one security guard tries to intervene. The woman shouts at the other customer and a bystander attempts to help the security guard.

The video skips to a later part of the fight, which now involves six people, and a girl runs into shot and launches a broom at the security guards. The broom falls and is picked up by a Coventry student who is watching the fight.

After this, the video skips to the outside of McDonald's where at least four police cars can be seen. The Coventry student who filmed the video told The Coventry Tab that "seven police cars were called."

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "A 19-year-old woman was given a conditional caution for threatening words and behaviour."

This fight marks the 16478th fight in Coventry city centre McDonald's this year*.
