‘I was found in a church graveyard digging for rabbits’: Katie Price is Cov’s Maddest Fresher 2018

Katie Price has an affinity for getting kicked out of JJ's, running away from her friends, and hiding in church graveyards. Unsurprisingly, she's taken the title of 2018 Cov Uni's Maddest Fresher by a landslide.

Katie's claim to fame started on one fatal night at JJ's, when the bouncers answered a call from her friends and told them to get her out.

She told The Coventry Tab: "I was slumped in one of the fire exits with vomit everywhere, and at one point I put my hand in front of my face to stop myself vomiting, but instead vomited through my fingers right onto my friend’s arm."

At this point she was unresponsive, so the paramedics were called. They decided she "wasn't bad enough" to go to A&E and instead she was sent on her merry drunken way home.

Katie says she's become a household name at JJ's. The bouncers regularly remind her not to vomit again. She told us: "Just last week I was refused entry because I'm always too fucked."

When asked about her prestigious achievement, Katie told The Coventry Tab she felt "extremely proud". She said: "Life’s too short to regret dumb shit you did when you were drunk, they make funny stories, so no regrets at all."

While visiting her sister at Glasgow Uni, for the bants, Katie lobbed her new iPhone 8 at the wall thinking it was her old phone – smashing it, and denting the wall of a student flat. She told her mates: "Soz about ur deposits boys".

Her phone isn't the only thing she likes to throw. "I was refused entry into Spon Gate", she says, "causing me to launch a pint glass and scream at the bouncers". The bouncers then instructed Katie's friends to "get her away".

"I feel like I successfully take on the role of the person who you can always rely on to be more of a mess than you", she says. During a 21-day sesh streak, Katie lost her friends at JJ's (shock), and was later found in a church graveyard "digging for rabbits." She told The Coventry Tab: "I started getting wound up… I needed to find them".
