The size zero debate was reignited last week when this advert appeared in Japan. The image has obviously been drastically photoshopped (the model’s head is the same width as her waist). Ralph Lauren should be ashamed, but their actions are hardly novel.

Why is everyone up in arms about an image that is so deformed it is obvious to the naked eye that it has been edited? Surely it is all the other images we can't tell have been photoshopped that are truly harmful.
