The new Transformers is going to be filmed in Oxford tomorrow

Siân RogersTranformers 5: The Last Knight is due to start filming in the city centre from 6am tomorrow morning.
Some filming has already taken place today at the Duke of Marlborough’s estate near Woodstock, but over the weekend you expect some scenes on Turl Street, Catte Street, High Street, Broad Street, Holywell Street and New College Lane.
Filming is set to take place all weekend, only stopping at 11pm on Sunday, which means there may be some disruption for traffic in the city centre.
The U1 stop in town has already been affected, but pedestrian access is still available.
Oxford is the setting for some of the most well known film and television programmes. Harry Potter was partially filmed in Christ Church College, and a cameo of the Bridge of Sighs and Radcliffe Square can be found in The Riot Club.
