In light of this week’s plummeting temperatures, we headed to JHBB to find out how Brookes students are dressing for the weather

Jack Fairbrother is a first year student studying History. When asked how he would describe his look, he simply replied: “suave”. You own it Jack.

Joshua, Drama

Joshua Scuse is in his third year studying Drama. He enjoys wearing things that are a bit different and make him stand out from the crowd.

Reda, Economics Politics & International Relations

Reda El Harissi is in his second year studying Economics, Politics and International Relations. He describes his look as “classic” and his wardrobe this winter is made up of dark colours like black and brown.

Holly, Business Management & Sociology

Holly Joscelyn is a first year student studying Business Management and Sociology. She enjoys retro styles and buys a lot of her clothes from the vintage store Reign on Cowley Road.

Mengsha, Childhood Studies

Mengsha Mo is a post-grad student studying Childhood Studies. Layers and neutral colour will form the foundations of her look this season.

Serena, Business & Marketing Management

Serena Lillingston-Price is in her fourth year at Brookes studying Business and Marketing Management. She takes a more practical approach to fashion and her style consists of anything that keeps her warm.

Rhiannon, English Literature & Japanese

Rhiannon Croker is a first year student studying English Literature and Japanese. She is planning on wearing lots of patchwork and baggy trousers to make sure she is both comfy and stylish this winter.
