Brookes fresher Phoebe Drinkall won the Face of Oxford competition.

The 1st year International Relations student saw off 135 hopefuls at the Oxford Fashion Week model casting.

Facebook users and a panel of judges chose the 20 year-old to represent the week-long fashion event.

Phoebe will represent Oxford Fashion week during the week-long event

Phoebe walked and posed for a panel of judges at Malmaison Oxford.

From Clive Booth she told The Tab: “I went to the castings for fun with a work colleague. I was really surprised when I was chosen, but it has made my involvement in fashion week extra special.”

Phoebe who loves Eskimo Fridays at Bridge will be modelling in all five shows of Oxford Fashion Week, including the couture and lingerie this week.

She is excited to model in all five shows

Brookes is setting a standard for beauty. Phoebe, who did not have any modelling experience prior to Oxford Fashion Week, comes hot on the heels of student Samantha Ball who’s competing in Miss Kent 2014.

Asked if she’d continue modelling, Phoebe said: “I’ve really enjoyed the experience, and would definitely take part again, but it will probably always be something I do for fun!

“My friends are really excited for me, and lots are coming to some of the shows.”
