What’s In Your Wardrobe? Juliet Blake

In a new column, The Tab brings you style inspiration from Brookes students’ wardrobes.

The Tab gains exclusive access into Brookes’ trendiest wardrobes. This week Juliet gives us an insight into her style.

This week Juliet Blake gives an access-all-areas pass to her wardrobe. From her elegant room on Divinity Road, Juliet describes her personal style as “smart looking, indie and not overly edgy.” The third year Biology student, originally from Bath, rocks high street clothes; Topshop, Zara and Miss Selfridge amongst her favourite.

Juliet searches through her wardrobe to bring you a selection of her favourite outfits:

Juliet rocks this indie chic look. The crop top under the mesh string jumper makes a fashionable silhouette. The tassel detail on the jumper adds to the look. Accessories include the bowler hat , pearls and lighter bag.

When Bridge Monday’s come around, Juliet’s instinct is to dress smart. She wears an elegant, but sexy royal blue playsuit. Comfort is important when she’s dancing to Lawson’s song ‘Juliet’ on the dance floor and her neat black wedges see her through the night.

Juliet’s casual evening outfit accentuates her figure. The sheer orange top compliments the black silhouette of the crop top perfectly. She accessorizes her outfit with statement neckwear, clutch and studded boots.

She recalls “I was so lucky! I think I got this clutch for £5 from a charity shop.”
