Bristol celeb’s brother beaten up in brutal Dojo’s attack for being deaf
Big Brother winner Josie Gibson’s deaf brother attacked at Dojo Lounge on Park Row
Harry Gibson was left battered and covered in blood after he was asked for directions in Dojo Lounge.
Harry, whose sister is former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson, tried to help the drunken men with sign language but they took offense and attacked him because they couldn’t understand.
Josie, who’s always lived in Bristol, was in the toilet at the time. She later tweeted a picture of her bloodied brother, warning: “I’m going to hunt the bullies who did this!”
Harry, who’s also a Bristol local, has been deaf since he caught meningitis as a baby.
Josie and Harry were celebrating Josie’s 29th birthday at Dojo, just opposite the Drama department on Park Row.
Despite all of Josie’s fame and fortune, she chose Dojo’s underground electro music over a classy joint like Bunker.
