IBT Festival Moons Bristol

Fake Moon lights up Bristol as part of the In Between Time festival

Bristol was transformed over the weekend by the In Between Time festival with a range of bizarre art installations taking over the city.

The night sky over College Green was transformed by the addition of a second moon, designed by artist Simon Faithfull.

Other highlights of the festival included a dressage-themed club night at Lakota featuring live performers, and an opera staged in a home’s living room.

On Sunday, College Green was overrun by a flashmob of cosplayers as part of the festival, leaving passers-by bewildered.

The biennial event was first established in Bristol in 2001, and is an acclaimed feature of the Arnolfini’s live programme.
