VK to launch brand new flavour at Cameo and MyU Bar

In June, VK dropped the shock announcement that they are launching a new flavour in the next semester.

And when you thought life couldn’t get much better – they’ve now announced the flavour will debut in Bournemouth.

Through a series of Facebook posts, the public were given the opportunity to vote for the drink that they were most eager to welcome.

Suggested flavours included Pecan, Tomato Soup, Butterscotch, Olive, Hamburger and even Lasagne. Imagine. A Lasagne VK.

Sadly, these strong contenders failed to garner enough votes to make it to the final round. The four that did were the much more stomachable flavours: Watermelon, Raspberry and Pineapple, Violet, and Wild Fruits.

From the opening of the final vote to determine VKs newest drink flavour. In early October, VK revealed that Watermelon had won and was going to be its new flavour.

VK has announced Watermelon will be making its first appearance at ten different unis this semester, including Bournemouth’s Cameo & MyU Bar on 14th November.

Which of course, is going to be a classic Cameo Wednesday.
