A Dachshund Cafe is coming to Brum for one day only !!!

Sounds like a pawsome time to me

Ah, the end of June. Exams are done. The sun is out. And the Dachshund Cafe is in Birmingham.

That's right, brought to us by the very same creator of the nationwide pop-up Pug Cafe, a one off Dachshund Cafe will be held in Brum on Sunday June 23rd.

The event will be held in Revolution on Broad Street, with attendees expecting brunch, lunch, two-for-one cocktails, and enough dachshunds to make you forget all the disappointments of another gruelling year of uni. Bone Appetit!

Dogs and cocktails – the pawfect combination?

Fur-tunately for us students, those without dachshunds are welcome to attend and join in the puppy fun. Anushka Fernando, the owner of Pug Cafe, had this to say: "We know the Midlands has lots of sausage dog communities in and around the region, so it made sense to come to Birmingham.

"We love the city, the people are so friendly and our past Pug Cafe events have been a huge success with the city’s dog loving residents."

What a hot dog

Anushka continued: "Dachshund Cafe is the perfect doggy day out for your pup, it’s a fantastic way to socialise your dog in a safe space plus you can treat them to doggy-treats, and share a pupuccino and a latte with your best friend.

"For those without a sausage dog, it’s really a one of a kind, amazing experience to be surrounded by so many dachshunds, the perfect place to meet furry friends, chat to owners about the breed and de-stress with brunch and a large serving of doggy cuddles."

Pawsibly the best way to unwind after exams then?
