Pryzm apologises after hundreds missed out on J Hus
Those with tickets who were denied entry can get a full refund
Popular Birmingham nightclub, Pryzm, has recently issued an apology on Facebook after Tuesday night, when people who had tickets to a sold-out student event, were left outside in a crowd that had Broadstreet closed off by the police.
This was due to safety concerns with a crowd of all most 200 people being denied entry to the club to see grime artist J Hus perform.
The announcement that the club would be closing its doors and no longer letting people in led to a surge in the crowd towards the entrance as people tried to get to the front.
Pryzm has said that for safety reasons they had to close their doors and are launching an investigation into what happened. They are also issuing a full refund for ticket holders who weren’t able to gain entry.
