Made in Selly: Brum student stars in Made in Chelsea

Birmingham student plays role in last year’s Made in Chelsea

This is the moment a Birmingham student starred alongside the cast in an episode of Made in Chelsea.

The Tab’s Torin Pocock starred as a waiter at Mark Francis’ “Bach Soiree” party and had to wear a powdered wig.

In order to protect Torin’s chances of a callback, The Tab has not reported his December appearance until now.

We can now reveal Torin was lucky enough to be given a speaking role, announcing to the party: “Ladies and Gentleman, if you’d like to take your seats our recital is about to commence”, to which Spenny replies, “Cheers Footman.”

The pair apparently shared some b*nter backstage.

Tozza in action

Tozza was cast as an extra earlier in the year and has featured in more than two episodes.

He describes how his stint on the show came about after an application he submitted was spotted on a site by producers.

Torin said: “Embarrassingly, on my first day there, we were due to film in a café at Chelsea Harbour.

“I didn’t know if I was in the right place and so asked the guys smoking outside if they knew if this was where Made in Chelsea was being filmed.

“I was told later it was Stevie, Andy and Jamie…who?”

How did it feel? “I was serving drinks to people who could buy me whilst wearing a wig and tights. It felt nothing if not erotic.”

As for Torin’s future career plans, he said “Please GOD someone offer me work.”
