QUB ranked the fourth best uni for student satisfaction in the UK

National Student Survey figures have been released today


The results for the National Student Survey are in, with Belfast coming joint fourth in the leaderboard for overall student satisfaction.

With a score of 90 per cent, Belfast came just ahead of Durham, which scored only 89 per cent. Fourth place was also shared with Oxford, Cambridge, Leeds, Kent, Newcastle and Bath, coming behind St Andrews who came top with a score of 94 percent. Edinburgh ranked worst with 80 per cent.

This year’s result shows a slight improvement in student satisfaction, scoring 85 per cent in the 2015 NSS.

In another recent survey, Belfast students were ranked second in the UK for spending money on booze, and in the same study by Natwest were ranked ninth for being hard-working but also spending the least hours socialising.
