Boojum is opening four new stores

And potentially, online ordering and delivery

Boojum, by far Belfast’s most famed burrito bar has only grown in popularity since it opened in 2007 (yes, that’s nearly 10 years).

So it will come as no surprise to hear that in 2016 Boojum will open four new stores across the country. Two of the stores will open in Belfast alongside the Botanic and city centre restaurants, with plans on the other two in either Dublin, or Dublin and Galway.

So will the queues be spread out now that new stores are coming? Does this mean you can pop to the next Boojum when the one on your doorstep runs out of guacamole? Will they finally add a bar to one of their stores? Who knows….

The Maxwell brother’s owners of Boojum since last year, announced the plans to the Belfast Telegraph. Most excitingly they said “Boojum is also expanding and growing the way it does business by looking at delivery, corporate catering and card payments.”

So, you won’t have to run over to Russell’s to grab a tenner any more, and potentially, you won’t even have to get out of bed.
