The Belfast bikes have landed at Queen’s.

Six months since the launch of the Belfast bikes, Queen’s is finally getting its very own docking station situated outside the Student’s Union.

From there students will be free to cycle to class, the library or pedal away from their problems.

With 300 bikes in 30 docking stations across Belfast, it costs £20 to register for an annual membership or £5 for a three day pass.

Films Studies first year Paul Kennedy said: “I love it, I use the Belfast bikes nearly every day. They should put one at the McClay too.”

Second year English with Creative Writing student Emmet McGonagle said: “Honestly, I can’t even ride a bike so I couldn’t care less.”
