Belfast prepares to kick it Big Willie style
Former US President Bill Clinton will be returning to Belfast to partake in the opening of a new Queen’s University department named in his honour.
Bill will be visiting on March 5th of this year and will be attending the opening of Queen’s University Belfast’s William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Riddel Hall.

Last year Queen’s announced the renaming of the department after Bill, due to his contribution to the Northern Ireland peace process. At the time of the announcement Bill said that he was honoured to be associated with Queen’s University (obviously).
This is not Bill’s first trip to Northern Ireland; along with his wife Hilary they have visited on numerous occasions before, with Bill’s most recent trip being to Derry in 2010.
