MTV used my Instagram #selfie in their feature

A make-up obsessed fresher took a selfie in Grant Court halls and now she’s featured in a listicle on MTV news.

Management student Kea emulated Kylie Jenner’s make up on Instagram, and before she knew it she was on an MTV feature used on their .com site which currently has more than 4,000 shares.

“My friend follows MTV and when she saw me, she tagged me in the post, I was so excited.

“I love Kylie, she’s one of my fashion role models.”

Originally a New Yorker, the Aberdeen Uni student used #Kylieisqueen to describe her lip over and MTV “chose her out of thousands”.

It was all done in her halls and now she’s getting popular

The 17-year-old said: “I only had 560 followers, which is quite modest, but since being on MTV news it’s really increased my following.

She’s also really hot

“I love Kylie and follow her on most social media.

“But recently her look has been huge, in the States everyone is obsessed with it.”

She appeared on MTV what did you do today?

“I’m obsessed with make up too. I tried to make a Youtube channel once but my camera wasn’t very good.”

But the first year is already thinking of how she can promote her make-up skills off the back of her new-found internet: “I might make a blog now.”
