Obviously we all know the richest of them all are the Oppenheim twins, Jason and Brett have a net worth of $50million (£37.5million) each. But, what about those who work under them? Here are all the net worths of the cast of Selling The OC on Netflix, ranked by how filthy rich they really are.

11. Kayla Cardona – $1million (£850k)

Kayla started her real estate career in 2019, working alongside the highest-rated team on Zillow where she quickly became a top one per cent agent, earning a prestigious Executive Club Award. She’s thought to be worth around $1million.

10. Lauren Brito – $1million (£850k)

Lauren is also believed to be worth around the $1million range. Since her industry debut in 2017, Lauren has brought her coastal expertise and business operations experience into her real estate career. She worked with two different brokerages between 2017 and 2021, in June that year moving to The Oppenheim Group.

9. Alexandra Rose – $1million (£850k)

Alexandra is another of the cast of Selling The OC whose net worths are believed to be $1million. She has a degree in finance and economics and was the first agent to work at the OC branch of The Oppenheim Group. According to the brokerage, she brought in almost $100million in sales during her first four years working on the job.

8. Sean Palmieri – $1million (£850k)

Yep, a lot of the cast members are millionaires! Since his start in the industry, Sean has utilised his marketing expertise to work with California’s top agents and brokers to represent multi-million-dollar luxury homes in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Malibu, Orange County, San Diego, and more. Over the years, he has worked in sales and luxury marketing – before becoming a realtor.

7. Polly Brindle – $2million (£1.7million)

Polly is the first multi-millionaire in this list, with an estimated net worth of around $2million. Polly is from the UK, and made the move to America after being scouted for modelling work aged 15. She’s worked for brands such as Lancôme, Dior and Aston Martin. She was still studying for her real estate license when she was offered the job by Jason.

6. Brandi Marshall – $3million (£2.5million)

Up next is Brandi, with an estimated net worth of $3million. A former PR executive, Brandi has been providing solutions for her clients for over 15 years. Brandi has been working with The Oppenheim Group for around a year, after being approached for a job and a role on the Netflix show, via Instagram.

5. Austin Victoria – $3.5million (£2.9million)

Austin is a hugely successful model, so it’s no surprise he has a hefty net worth. Since 2017 he’s been in real estate, working for a number of different brokerages. In June 2020, he started working at Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills before he moved to The Oppenheim Group’s OC office in June 2021.

4. Gio Helou – $3.5million (£2.9million)

Both of Gio’s parents are veterans in the real estate industry, and he was one of the first agents recruited to The Oppenheim Group’s new Orange County office. Straight up on the show, he describes himself as the “top dog” of The Oppenheim Group in the OC, and a “fucking rockstar”. Specialising in high-end properties in prestigious beachfront enclaves, Gio exclusively sells the best of the Newport Beach lifestyle – and he lives it too.

3. Alexandra Jarvis – $4million (£3.4million)

Alexandra is a result-oriented businesswoman who positioned herself at the top of the Orange County real-estate market, closing nearly $40million in sales during her first year in the industry. As well as working as an estate agent, Alexandra does modelling and has worked as an attorney.

2. Tyler Stanaland – $4million (£3.4million)

Growing up working for his family’s brokerage, Tyler got his sales license at just 18 years old before pursuing a successful professional surf career which took him all around the globe. However, he suffered an injury to the head which ended this career. Following his accident, he went full time in real estate.

1. Alex Hall – $5million (£4.2million)

Alex is the richest of the agents in The Oppenheim Group’s OC office, with a current net worth of $5million. Before joining real estate, Alex had a background in interior design. According to The Oppenheim Group website, she ranks in the top tier of Orange County real estate professionals and “delivers a depth of expertise to her clients few others have to offer.”
