Here is where you recognise the cast of Netflix’s Echoes from

The new Netflix psychological thriller Echoes has had everyone slowly picking their jaws up from the floor after watching. The crime drama follows two identical twins Leni and Gina who decide to swap lives on their birthday each year, but they soon face the consequences when one of the twins goes missing. Without giving too much away, it’s INTENSE. The twins are played by Michelle Monaghan and she stars alongside a cast of super recognisable and well known faces.

Here is where you recognise the cast of the new Netflix thriller, Echoes from:

Michelle Monaghan – Gina and Leni

Every time there are twins in a TV show or movie, everyone is shocked to find out it is usually just one actor who plays the role. Michelle Monaghan plays the twins Gina and Leni in Echoes who both swap lives and identities with each other.

Michelle has starred in tons of classic movies, including Made of Honor alongside Patrick Dempsey and The Best of Me alongside James Marsden. One of her most recent projects was her role as Helen in The Craft: Legacy.

Matt Bomer – Jack

Matt Bomer plays Leni’s husband Jack. Jack and Leni have been high school sweethearts and he is completely unaware he has been duped by these two women for most of his life. Matt recently starred in season three of The Sinner on Netflix and he is best known for starring in all the Magic Mike films alongside Channing Tatum. He also played the lead in White Collar for all six seasons from 2009 to 2014.

Gable Swanlund – Mattie

Leni and Jack’s daughter Mattie is played by Gable Swanlund. She has previously starred in Never Have I Ever and Modern Family.

Daniel Sunjata – Charlie

Charlie is Gina’s husband, a therapist who adores his wife. He is played by Daniel Sunjata who has starred in Grey’s Anatomy, The Devil Wears Prada and The Dark Knight. He is best known for his role as Franco Rivera in the FX Television show Rescue Me. Beside Echoes, he has recently starred in Power Book II: Ghost as Mecca.

Johnathan Tucker – Dylan James

Johnathan Tucker stars as Dylan James, a man who has been in love with Gina since they were teenagers. Johnathan is best known for his work in 2019’s Charlie’s Angels, Parenthood and Westworld. Most recently he has starred as the lead in the sci-fi TV series, Debris.

Celia Weston – Georgina Taylor

Celia Weston plays Dylan’s grandmother, Georgina. Celia has starred in an array of different TV shows and movies, including Modern Family and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Most recently, Celia starred in Amazon’s Hunters as Dottie.

Karen Robinson – Sheriff Louise Floss

Sheriff Louise Floss is the law enforcement officer in Mount Echo and she is played by Karen Robinson. Karen is best known for her role in Schitt’s Creek as Ronnie. Keeping with the law enforcement theme, Karen has recently starred in Pretty Hard Cases, a Canadian police comedy-drama show on CBC.

Rosanny Zayas – Deputy Paula Martinez

Rosanny Zayas plays Deputy Paula Martinez who works side by side with the Sheriff. Rosanny has starred in Netflix’s Orange Is The New Black as well as The L World revival on Showtime.

Ali Stroker – Claudia

Claudia is Gina and Leni’s sister who was paralysed in an accident when they were all children. She is played by Broadway actress, Ali Stroker. Ali became the first wheelchair-using actor to appear on a Broadway stage after she starred in Oklahoma. Ali is also well known for her roles in Only Murders in the Building and Ozark.

Michael O’Neill – Victor

Victor is Gina, Leni and Claudia’s father who is played by Michael O’Neill. Michael has starred in tons of movies and TV shows over the years, including Scandal, Days of Our Lives and Bates Motel. Echoes isn’t the first show he has acted alongside Michelle Monaghan as he has also starred in Netflix’s Messiah.

Madison and Victoria Abbott – Teenage Gina and Leni

Despite Michelle Monaghan playing the role of the twins by herself, the teenage versions of the twins are played by Madison and Victoria Abbott who are real life twins. Madison, who plays teenage Leni has starred in Geisting and Impeachment: American Crime Story. Victoria also starred in Geisting alongside her sister.

Hazel and Ginger Mason – Childhood Leni and Geni

When Gina and Leni are shown as children, they are played by real-life twins Hazel and Ginger Mason. The two have previously starred in The Post and The Blacklist before their roles in Echoes.
