Amber Heard alleged Johnny Depp threatened to kill her and slapped her multiple times

During her testimony she said he did a ‘cavity’ search on her

As part of her testimony in the ongoing defamation trial between herself and Johnny Depp, Amber Heard is alleging Depp threatened to kill her, slapped her multiple times and performed a cavity search on her to look for drugs.

Depp sued Heard for defamation in a $150million court case which is currently taking place in Virginia, US. Depp is suing Heard after she wrote a piece for the Washington Post in 2018 where she said she was a “public figure representing domestic abuse”. Heard did not mention Depp by name but he has claimed the article caused him to lose acting roles. Heard then counter-sued Depp for $100million.

Depp and Heard were married for two years before getting divorced in 2017. They have both accused each other of abuse and both deny the accusations. Their trial began on 11th April and now Heard is giving her testimony.

Heard took to the stand yesterday and accused Depp of threatening to kill her during a family holiday.

She claimed they were on holiday with Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose at Depp’s private island in the Bahamas. Heard said Depp was drinking on a boat trip and hiding alcohol in coffee cups. She said his daughter soon began asking him questions about his drinking which he allegedly got angry at.

Heard said she went to comfort Lily-Rose at which point Depp directed his anger at Heard and asked his daughter to leave. After this Heard claimed Depp had slammed her against the wall of the boat they were on and threatened to kill her by saying he could “f*cking kill me”.

She said: “He asked Lily-Rose to leave, she left crying and Johnny starts accusing me of, like, telling on him and calling him a drunk in front of his kids. I hadn’t done that and had actually tried to protect Johnny, it was not my place to share that with anyone, especially his daughter.

“He said I made him feel sick. I will never forget it. I was very much in love with his whole family and he was saying I was embarrassing to him, that stuck more with me than ‘I could f*cking kill you.’ He hurt my feelings, it hurt.”

Heard said she and Lily-Rose returned to the island and left on a helicopter

Heard continued her testimony and alleged Depp performed a cavity search on her to look for cocaine.

She said the couple were on a trip in Hicksville, New York in 2013. She said at one point of the trip Depp accused another woman of flirting with Heard and said: “You think you’re touching my girl. That’s my f*cking girl.”

Heard and Depp went back to their trailer after this and Depp allegedly accused Heard of having an affair with the un-named woman. Depp allegedly then began smashing things in the trailer and Heard said he appeared to be looking for something.

She then went into the bathroom and when she came out she alleged he asked her where “it was”.

She said: “I went into the bathroom, and as I came out, he asked me, ‘Where is it?’ I said, ‘What are you talking about?’ And he said, ‘You know what I’m fucking talking about.'”

Heard alleged Depp then ripped her underwear off and proceed to do a cavity search, allegedly looking for cocaine.

She said he: “Just shoved his fingers inside me… I just stood there while he twisted his fingers around.”

As part of her testimony Amber Heard described the first time Johnny Depp allegedly slapped her. Heard alleged he hit whilst they were together on a sofa in 2013. Heard said she asked Depp about his “Wino Forever” tattoo, which is a modified version of the tattoo he had dedicated to Winona Ryder.

After she laughed at his response he allegedly hit her. Heard said: “He slapped me across the face and I laughed because I didn’t know what else to do.

“I just stared at him, kind of laughing still, thinking he was going to start laughing, too, to tell me it was a joke.”

As she laughed Depp allegedly got more irritated and said: “You think it’s so funny. You think it’s so funny, bitch.” He then allegedly slapped her again.

Heard described the alleged incident as “the worst thing that had happened” to her. He allegedly slapped her three times in total. Depp apologised and said: “I will never do that again. I’m so sorry, baby.”

Heard left the property soon after and sat in her vehicle before leaving. She eventually told her therapist and Depp allegedly apologised again.

Amber Heard is expected to be on the stand again today to continue her testimony.
