Ranked: The top 10 richest TOWIE cast members ever

Since TOWIE began in 2010 the show has managed to produce a lot of millionaires. A number of the OG cast members have left TOWIE and gone onto star in new shows, invest in property and start new businesses, giving some of them massive net worths.

Over the years TOWIE has had more than 50 cast members appear on screen and least 10 of these are millionaires. Tommy Mallet, Gemma Collins and Amy Childs are just a few who have used the platform of TOWIE to majorly increase their bank balance. But of all the cast members old and new, who has the biggest net worth?

These are the top 10 richest TOWIE cast members:

10. Tommy Mallet – At least £1million

Ex TOWIE cast member Tommy Mallet is believed to have a net worth of around £1million. He first joined the show in 2014 and left last year to focus on his family with fellow cast member and girlfriend Georgia Kousoulou.

During his time on TOWIE Tommy started his own trainer company Mallet London in 2015 which has since had sales of over £11.8 million. The shoes are stocked in Harrods and Selfridges.

Tommy will have made the majority of his money from Mallet London, which earned him a spot in the Forbes 30 under 30 list last year.

9. James Argent – £1.1million

TOWIE OG Arg is believed to have a net worth just over £1million. He has made the majority of his wealth from TV appearances, having been in TOWIE since it began in 2010.

Arg has also had appearances on numerous reality shows including Sugar Free Farm, Celebs Go Dating, All Star Family Fortunes, The Jump, Britain’s Got More Talent and Celebrity Coach Trip.

8. Lauren Goodger – £2.1million

Lauren Goodger was at the centre of the drama during the first few seasons of TOWIE. However now she’s focused on her baby daughter Larose.

Lauren was one of the first cast members to hit £1million thanks to the success of her fake tan line “Lauren’s Way”. She’s also made money from appearing on 66 episodes of TOWIE.

In 2017 Lauren sought legal action after accusing her fake tan business partner of being deceitful.

7. Amy Childs – £3.1million

I’m well jel of Amy Childs’s £3.1million net worth. Amy has made her fortune from appearing on the first two series of TOWIE and numerous appearances on other reality shows including Celebrity Masterchef and CBB.

Amy also reportedly owns four properties, three of which she rents out. Over the years she’s had a number of businesses to her name including a beauty salon and clothing range.

6. Lucy Mecklenburgh – £3.5million

Lucy Mecklenburgh has been a regular feature on reality TV since 2010 when she first joined TOWIE. Since then she’s been on The Island with Bear Grylls and Tumble.

Over the years she’s had a range with PLT, her own boutique and perhaps most successfully her fitness programme “Results With Lucy”.

Lucy has also invested in property – there’s the house she shares with her fiancé Ryan Thomas in Cheshire, an Essex apartment and a house in Essex.

5. Gemma Collins – £3.7million

It really does pay to be the GC. Gemma Collins currently has a net worth just under £4million.

Her financial success has come from multiple TV appearances including over 200 episodes of TOWIE, CBB, I’m a Celebrity and Celebrity Masterchef.

She’s also used her massive Instagram platform of 2.2million followers to rake in the cash by having adverts and sponsored posts all over her grid.

Gemma has had a clothing range with Boohoo and a boutique store in Essex. Gemma has invested in property with the purchase of her £1.3million home.

4. Billie Faiers – £4.1million

Both the Faiers sisters have made it onto the list and Billie is worth a casual £4.1million.

A big chunk of her wealth has come from TV. She was on TOWIE for six years and then joined her sister Sam on ITVBe’s The Mummy Diaries.

Billie also joined Sam with their business Minnies. Billie and her husband Greg have invested £1.4million into their new home.

3. Joey Essex – £6.3million

TOWIE legend Joey Essex is worth £6.3million. Joey has made a large percentage of his wealth from multiple reality shows. In all honesty there’s not a reality show Joey hasn’t been on.

In 2014 he bought his Essex mansion for £1.4million and has now recently sold it for £3million.

2. Sam Faiers – £8.9million

Sam has literally crushed the post TOWIE life. She has over 2million Instagram followers, her own ITVBe show and is the co-founder of her own business All Bits London.

Over the years she’s had a clothing range with Very and sold her own book which reportedly made her £700k.

1. Mark Wright – £9.2million

And the TOWIE cast member with the biggest net worth is Mark Wright, the OG bad boy from the series.

Mark has a net worth of nearly £10million. After leaving TOWIE Mark went on a number of other shows including Strictly Come Dancing and I’m A Celebrity.

He’s been a presenter on This Morning, Take Me Out: The Gossip and Heart Radio. Mark also spent some time as a presenter in Los Angeles.

A big portion of his wealth has come from property development, in 2018 he transformed a seven bedroom house into a row of houses.

Mark’s own home with his wife Michelle Keegan is said to be worth £1.3million.
