Love Island 2021 voting stats: How many votes did each couple get in the final?
It was a pretty solid win for Millie and Liam
Last night saw the Love Island 2021 final, and Millie and Liam crowned winners of the show this year. For a while it looked like any one of the four couples could take the crown, but ITV has released the voting stats for the Love Island 2021 final, and Millie and Liam were well out in front.
The final votes were placed on the Love Island app, with viewers given two chances to make their call. You could cast an initial vote on Sunday night, and a further during Monday’s live final – before the winning couple was revealed. Chloe and Toby were named runners-up for the series, with Faye and Teddy in third place and Kaz and Tyler in fourth place.
Here’s a break down of the Love Island 2021 final voting stats
The percentage of the vote each couple received, across the two nights, are as follows:
Sunday 22nd to Monday 23rd August:
Millie & Liam – 42.8 per cent
Chloe & Toby – 30.4 per cent
Faye & Teddy – 14.5 per cent
Kaz & Tyler – 12.3 per cent
Total votes cast: 1,068,864
Monday 23rd August:
Millie & Liam – 41.1 per cent
Chloe & Toby – 31.4 per cent
Faye & Teddy – 15.2 per cent
Kaz & Tyler – 12.3 per cent
Total votes cast: 880,808
Last year Paige and Finn won a similar percentage of the final votes. They won with 44.52 per cent, followed by Siânnise and Luke T with 43.61 per cent, Demi and Luke M with 9.62 per cent and Jess and Ched with 2.25 per cent.
