Boots has officially launched on Deliveroo offering medicine, meal deals and makeup

Finally, fake tan on speed dial

Boots has officially launched a trial period on Deliveroo, offering beauty products, medicine and food straight to your door.

From today 14 stores around the country will be available on Deliveroo and allowing customers to select from 400 items to be delivered in under an hour.

Products will range from medication, toothpaste, hand sanitiser, condoms, tampons, skincare, razors, suncream, makeup and even food and drinks for your lunchtime meal deal.

These are the 14 stores currently taking part in the trial:

• Birmingham (High Street)

• Brighton (North Street)

• Cambridge (Petty Curry)

• Croydon (Whitgift Centre)

• Edinburgh (Princes Street)

• Leeds (Trinity)

• Liverpool (Clayton Square)

• London (Brent Cross, Liverpool Street Station, and Piccadilly Circus)

• Milton Keynes (Crown Walk)

• Newcastle (Eldon Square)

• Nottingham (Victoria Centre)

• Southampton (Above Bar Street)

Though this is just a trial period, Deliveroo has said if successful the scheme could be rolled out to more stores across the country.

You can already get booze, your weekly shop and takeaway delivered so why not your moisturiser too? This is actually ideal for those moments when you’ve run out of paracetamol, tampons or mascara and seriously can’t be asked to leave the house.
